2. Description of Service

Coffeehunt is a platform that allows users to discover, share, and review coffee cafes, roasteries, and products in the Netherlands. Users can submit new locations, vote on existing ones, and create collections.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User-Generated Content

Users may submit content including reviews, photos, and information about coffee establishments. By submitting content, you grant Coffeehunt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not violate any laws or regulations
• Does not infringe on the rights of others
• Is accurate and truthful
• Does not contain spam, harassment, or inappropriate material

5. Moderation and Content Review

All user-submitted content is subject to review before being published. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

7. Intellectual Property and Content Aggregation

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Coffeehunt and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Aggregated Content: Coffeehunt aggregates content from various external sources across the internet, including but not limited to:

• Product images and descriptions from retailers (Bol.com, Amazon, etc.)
• Business information from Google Maps, Yelp, and other directories
• Product specifications and pricing from manufacturer websites
• Reviews and ratings from various review platforms
• Social media content and public posts

All aggregated content remains the property of its respective owners. Coffeehunt does not claim ownership of this aggregated content and uses it under fair use principles for informational and discovery purposes.

Content Removal Requests: If you are the owner of any content (including but not limited to images, text, reviews, or business information) that appears on our Service and wish to have it removed, please contact us at yo@coffeehunt.nl with the following information:

• Specific URL or location of the content on our Service
• Description of the content you own
• Proof of ownership (if applicable)
• Reason for removal request

We will review all removal requests promptly and remove content upon verification of ownership or valid legal grounds. We reserve the right to request additional verification if needed.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
